So they are a provider for both knowledge and refreshment.
Even though these media have been highly beneficial for the masses, they have their cons too. In today’s life, people have become highly engrossed in their personal and professional lives. Watching television is not a bad habit, neither is using the internet. But these things tend to become an addiction. If used for a break now and then, they can be very refreshing. But using them to deal with your mental issues is unfit for one’s psychological health. They are not a way of dealing with problems. On the contrary, they are mere avoidable.
