  • The next reason that can lead to heart attack is hypertension or you can say the stress level. These days, the meaning of the people is having that pressure issue and problems that may be the biggest cause of having heart attacks. The higher the blood pressure the higher will be the risk of having a heart attack.

  • Moreover, lack of exercise can also lead to many of the muscular and artery damage, therefore eating a lot of food and not exercising as per the requirement the body can sustain from heavy cholesterol and fat.

  • Age is also a matter of fact, as many of the diseases can only be addressed when it comes to the age.

  • The next major factor that can affect your heart is the drinking of alcohol. It not only is to ensure labor, but also it is very harmful for the heart as the blood that gets inside for purifying immediately gets a clot because of the heavy dosage and intake of alcohol.

  • Another factor that causes you a heart attack is due to your genes. If any of your family members of the first degree like your siblings or your parents have experienced heart attack, then chances are that you too are prone to have the disease.

Women might feel pain in the upper part of the body, a tightening in the chest region, lots of pressure in the stomach, disturbance in sleep, fatigue, sweating cold and flu.

Men will experience fast heartbeat, shortness of breath, discomfort in the stomach, lightheadedness and even sweats cold
