Why are some people hated for no reason?

If we observe our daily life, especially in our family and social circles, it is a very common thing that knowingly or unknowingly for silly or simple matters, we create unnecessary problems leading to an angry or irritable situation ending in mutual hate. Most of the time it occurs without our conscious knowledge. Throughout the day, we meet several people. Sometimes, we are lucky enough to be gathered around by people we love, but at the same time, we also have to work and interact with people we hate. This is absolutely something not to be embarrassed of - how can anyone like everyone evenly? But if you keep thinking “I hate people” or “I don’t like socializing”, you hopefully want to know the reason and how to handle it.

One of the logic we hate people is the attitude that we carry to see the world with our vision. Sometimes, one can have some habits that make you upset- they are distracted, insincere, keep talking, or they are a downer. So if you are facing any of these issues, use these strategies to make yourself strong to deal with people whom you don’t like

  • Maintain Boundaries: If a person makes you feel upset, or rude every time you met with him or her, think about how you develop boundaries that will keep you fair-minded
  • Stay Calm: Emotions are like a genie, you let them out of the bottle, and it’s next to impossible to get them back in. If you know you are dealing with a person who gives you stress or irritates you, take a deep breath, and make your mind calm
  • Analyze what troubles you about the individual: When you analyze what troubles you, you can find a strategy that will help you to deal with that person and take their behavior more positively.

If you still find yourself saying, “I hate people,” ask yourself why that is happening to you and what you can do about it to make yourself happy. Don’t forget that you have full control over your emotions. And don’t let anyone make you sad and darken your day.
