Have you ever had anxiety attacks? It's not a great feeling. It starts with the simplest worry or fear actually like in my case a deadline. I just worry that I won't meet my deadline. At first, it's manageable and in fact, I just ignore it. Then as I get closer and closer to my deadline, it becomes stronger and bigger than I can imagine. I start worrying not just about the deadline but about the repercussions of not meeting that deadline. I start fearing that I will be reprimanded or that I will lose my job. These fears hang over me that it sometimes becomes a full-blown panic attack with me being unable to breathe properly and pins and needles all over my body. I believe that this is an extreme case of manifestation - your thoughts and ideas materialize enough to actually be on the physical.
Before discussing manifestation though, I have to discuss the law of attraction. The law of attraction states that we attract what we focus on. As such, if we focus on bad events, then we are attracting these events. I had a friend once who had this sudden fear of getting robbed. It was sudden because he didn't have this anxiety before. For two weeks, he felt like he might get robbed or that something will be stolen. He changed locks a couple of times, walked home early, and always made sure to lock his door and windows properly. However, he was focused on getting robbed so much that indeed, he was robbed. What this simply tells us is that you attract what you think of - whether good or bad.
Now, what is the law of manifestation? Manifestation means that what we believe to be true in our hearts and minds becomes true in our reality. Basically, this means that what we usually think of, what we feel - everything that we create in our being - is manifested in our reality. So using the example of my friend, he attracted the robbery because he was always thinking about it and his thoughts of robbery manifested into the actual robbery.
This is basically the law of manifestation and the law of attraction. What we just have to remember about this is that our minds are very powerful tools in shaping and creating our realities. You have to always be cautious with your thoughts and make sure that you stay positive and only attract the things that you want.
