Healthy Bones: A Key to a Healthy Life

Bone nutrition is essential to a happy, healthy life. Your
body consists of 206 living bones that continually undergo
a buildup/breakdown process called remodeling. Eating
right is essential to having strong and healthy bones.
The body starts to form most of its bone mass before
puberty, so those adolescent years are crucial to healthy
