For beginners, a longer duration is not suitable because they may not resort to meditate again due to the physical strain they would experience being in one position for a long period. In addition, when conducting meditation for beginners, they are given many props, structures, cushions or similar items to keep their body comfortably during the meditation. They will be given targets that they can focus on easily unlike the ones that were given historically to the followers of religious leaders.

People like to just look at such people because sight of them reduces their depression and stress. Yoga meditation definitely benefits everyone who practices it daily even for five minutes.

In fact, they are really free from worldly troubles and arrive on spiritual plane fast where there is no trouble at all.
