The solar plexus chakra is located about 2-3 inches above the navel and is the center for acceptance, allowing, depth, feeling, and intuition. If you would like to balance the solar plexus chakra using Tong Ren Chakra Balancing (TRCB) you can take your Tong Ren doll and hammer and tap on the solar plexus of the TR doll. As you tap on the solar plexus you are energetically breaking up blockages that reside in this chakra. When this chakra comes into greater balance you naturally experience deeper peace, calm, acceptance, self -acceptance, allowing and depth. As you tap you can also repeat an affirmation to help further balance the solar plexus. For today, lets focus specifically on cultivating greater self-acceptance. In order to do this you can tap on the solar plexus of your Tong Ren doll and repeat the following affirmation:

I accept myself completely.

I accept that I have strengths.

I accept that I have weaknesses.

I accept that I, like everyone else, am learning and growing.

I accept myself completely.

Take a moment to accept that you have strengths and take a moment to accept that you have weaknesses. Take a moment to accept that you are learning and growing. Take a moment to accept that everyone is learning and growing. Take a moment to allow yourself to be immersed in complete self acceptance. What would it be like to accept yourself completely? What would it be like to accept your gifts, your strengths, your talents? What would it be like to look your weaknesses straight in the eye and allow it to be okay? What would it be like to look at your weaknesses and accept them?

Accept is not mere complacency. Acceptance is simply an acknowledgement of what is. We cannot heal what we do not acknowledge. When you acknowledge your strengths you help bring them forward where they can shine. When you acknowledge your weaknesses you help bring them to the light of day where they can begin to heal. We must learn to acknowledge and accept both our strengths and weaknesses if we are to heal.

And so begin today by focusing on self acceptance. Accept yourself no matter what transpires today. Accept that you are learning and accept that you are growing. Accept that you have strengths and accept that you have weaknesses. Extend this gift of acceptance to those you love as well. Extend this gift of acceptance to everyone that your encounter. When you accept you will become calm. When you are calm you will know how to proceed. You will know which issues you need to address and which issues to let go. When you are calm you will know when to engage and when to walk away.

And so above all else practice self-acceptance today. As you go deeper and deeper into your own self-acceptance be aware of what you experience. How does your self-acceptance change how you respond to the various challenges of your day? When faced with a challenging circumstance today turn inward for a moment and accept yourself completely. Be aware of how this action changes how you feel and how you respond to the various events of your day.

Repeat this affirmation frequently through out the day:

I accept myself completely.

I accept that I have strengths.

I accept that I have weaknesses.

I accept that I, like everyone else, am learning and growing.

I accept myself completely.
