As the name suggests, wheat allergy is when people have a negative reaction in their body after consuming wheat products. The best way to avoid pain and allergy is to avoid wheat, but that will not help cure the ailment and one must take proper steps to cure the disease or at least reduce its pain.   • Affects the respiratory system- The first symptom of a wheat allergy is when the respiratory system is affected in a certain way.   • Central nervous system composition- Regular headaches, loss of memory (short), floating, migraine, etc. are experienced.   • Dry mouth and dental pain- wheat allergy can even cause pain and trouble in the mouth and dental area. Tooth pain, dry mouth, lips, etc. can be a clear indication of wheat allergy.

  • Disrupts the digestive system- the digestive system consists of the stomach and the abdomen area. When one has some issues in the digestive system like abdominal pain, bloating diarrhea etc, it may signal towards wheat allergy. We must always pay attention towards our stomach as that is where the diseases arise. In the case of wheat allergy, the stomach and abdomen will send out signals and cause trouble to the patient.

  • Hormonal changes- Though it is quite normal to experience hormonal imbalances and changes every now and then, some may even go on to indicate wheat allergy. The skin tends to get oily, premenstrual syndromes, fatigue etc. these can be clear indications of the hormonal changes that may happen due to a wheat allergy.

  • Anaphylaxis- People with wheat allergy can also develop a very risky kind of reaction known as anaphylaxis. This is a real medical emergency that is in need of immediate medical help and treatment. Apart from the regular symptoms, it can cause swelling, increase in heart rate, paling up of skin, chest pain, breathing difficulties and difficulty in swallowing. When such symptoms occur, the person must seek medical help. Consult a doctor immediately to prevent any kind of medical complications.

  • Changes in the skin- the wheat allergy can slightly change the composition of the skin, causing it to look dull, itchy and flaky. The blood vessels will rupture and as a result the blood comes out of the veins into the body. This will allow us to see blood under the skin. Pressing the skin will make visible the red color in a prominent way. Bleeding inside the skin can be a major reason for wheat allergy. Such medical complications should be treated immediately.
