Why to Live a Healthy Life?

Why is it so necessary to live a healthy life? honestly I tell you we all know the answer to this question. I add a few words in order for those who truly want to live healthier live longer than those who are not interested to live as healthy.
At every step we meet with choices which improve our life or not. Take some time and read some ways to live healthy life, there are many blogs about healthy living, and in case you need to treat a disease on that blogs you can find also articles with natural health treatment. The most natural way of living a healthy life is to eat healthy, read some articles with good healthy eating diets and healthy living foods options, being careful about what kinds of food we eat and how to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
Many of us make a mistake when they assure health insurance policy for believing that they will be healthier. Well wrong. That health insurance will assure only some cost just in case you get sick, but you can avoid these diseases without relying solely on health insurance.
In order for living a healthy life i will give you some tips how to live your life healthy with some very simple habits.
Your body needs to move: our modern life style often forget that man belongs to the animal kingdom. Like any other species, we must move for a healthy life. Exercise is crucial to our health. In the last 60 years, was industrialization, people no longer had to hunt and grow healthy natural food. Our ancestors were forced to fight for survival cultivating their food which were healthier than foods from these days. Therefore, 30 minutes of exercise three times a week is enough to keep your body in good shape.
Many nutritioners recommend us to adopt a proper healthy diet: did you know that people eat three times more meat than they need to be in shape? In fact, you should eat about 70% vegetables (mostly fresh), 10-15% cereals and only 10-15% meat and other carbohydrates. Most have a based diet 80% meat and 10-15% carbohydrates. Learn to introduce the healthy vegetables into your diet, your body will thank you!
Drink water: because your kidneys and liver need to be healthy organs and to work properly, you need to drink at least 1 - 1.5 liters of water daily. In any case juice or fresh juices made from fruits... or WATER! People who do not drink enough water undergo a huge risk of developing diseases such as cancer, kidney stones, obesity and many other diseases. Dehydration also leads to a lack of attention, concentration difficulties and fatigue.
Do not smoke! Tobacco is responsible for millions of deaths around the world every year. Also for treating these diseases governments and families spend billions of dollars each year. Try your best for your life to be healthier and quit smoking, smokers also have to strengthen the immune system because they are more fragile to colds and flu. You will thank after some time.
Take annually analysis: it is necessary to do your annual medical examinations to detect early any potential disease like diabetes, cancer and cholesterol beyond measure. Detection of early stage increases the chances of healing.
Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun: beware of sunburn. Each time before you leave the house in summer, it is advisable to use a moisturizer with protection factor for both face and body (In special sunlight can affect our organs). Strong sunlight can penetrate through clothing and cause skin cancer. Do not underestimate the power of sunlight.
Keep your friendly relations: it has been shown that people who have many good friends live longer. This has a positive impact on stress like researches showed that stress have an major influence to affect our health.
Remember that you should also take care of your mental health, and so you can cheat once or twice a week when you are allowed to treat yourself with a beer.
