Being Happy the real secrets revealed
Being happy is everyone's top goal. Unfortunately, most people are misguided on what being happy really consists of.
Being happy is very closely tied to your overall health. With mental health disorders like depression and anxiety on the rise, people often look to someone or something to make us happy. People usually tie happiness to an event, occasion or stuff … which is bound to fail for true happiness.

You CAN learn to be happy with whatever you have and whoever you are today, and in spite of what happens to you.

When you respond to life and circumstances this way, you will find that your mind will be calmer and you will be at peace. There will be no turmoil that negative emotions so often produce.

Be Vigilant to Be Happy
Learning how to be happy is a process. Many of us have learned to be negative and down on ourselves instead. Many have lived a lifetime of letting outside circumstances determine happiness.
Having said all that, being happy takes conscious effort. You must be vigilant about the way you think. Because when familiar circumstances arise, your old way of thinking will want to take over your brain and dictate your behavior.
By being vigilant in your thoughts  by being self-aware before speaking or acting you will be able to replace those old thoughts and behaviors. This in brief is how you learn being happy.
Do not be discouraged if at first you slip a bit  that is natural. In time you will become more self-aware of how your thoughts control your behaviors and reactions and you will be able to make the right choices more often.
