Jogging is a kind of exercise that is done in a very slow pace and not in a hurry. When doing such a kind of exercise, we usually think that the benefits of jogging related to a really hard or fast exercise would be less. It can be considered as a choice that can be made for living healthy life. But the unknown benefits of jogging are as given below.

Boosts up Stamina
Studies related to jogging show that doing jogging on a regular basis can provide the body with a great amount of stamina. The reason why running is not considered and is not usually recommended for boosting up stamina is simply because running produces lactic acid in the body, and as a result, it gets tired very fast. Lactic acid is not good for the body if it lies buried in the body as it will have side effects later on. Jogging on the other hand will make the heart perform well as the lactic acid produced is less and energy is produced more.

As a regular exercise
Jogging for half an hour is a good exercise for the body and a step for a healthy lifestyle. But if this is done in a reckless manner, it can cause inflammatory bowel disease. So keep it to a maximum of 30 minutes.
