Learning and understanding about the Enneagram possesses the similar advantages as other learning which takes you deeper into the human mode. It lets you accept some of your own inadvertent choices and to dig deeper more regarding the implication you are having on other people. But for coaches, there are more particular reasons to add this system to the tools and contexts they provide to their clients. Coaches who learn and understand the Enneagram would be able to: 1. Reveal the advantages of certain attitudes of personalities for a person; no one really changes a behavior or characteristic except they know they could resume to gain similar benefits in another method.
