There is a lot of inspiration that one can draw from to be happy. As a woman, some things that happiness may come from is your career, strong family relationship, your friends, a healthy mind and body to keep you going . There will come a time in our lives that we realize we are at our best and we are happy and contented. Some can say they have reached it, while some wants to know when that time will come.
Does it have anything to do with age?
Is there a certain age when women are happiest? According to WA Today on their article “At What Age are Women Happiest?” where they interviewed successful women in different ages who felt happy about themselves, found that there is no certain age. These women are in their 20’s to 80’s and they all feel happy and fulfilled. The secret? It is the realization that they have total control over what they want in life. That power that you can do everything you want if you set your mind to it, and age did not stop them. Inspiration came from all over the place like finding something they enjoy doing, kids and family, a good support from friends, being of service to others, and keeping their mind and body healthy through an active lifestyle.
These women have different things in their lives that make them happy; each one of us is indeed different. They shared life struggles that helped them grow as a person and become wiser. The only thing common among them is that despite their busy schedules, they all manage to incorporate a kind of exercise regime to keep them active. They believe that working out gives them that sense of fulfillment; they feel more confident about their health and body, and they attribute exercising to having a stable mind.
How you feel – matters
Beauty is not just physical; it is how you feel about yourself. Going for whatever it is that will make you happy. What is important is that you feel good about yourself and the things that you do in your life.
