Our minds are like magnets. What they think and envision, they eventually will attract. This is called the law of attraction and it is a powerful function of the mind. If you believe something strongly enough, according to the law of attraction, it will occur.
If you want a better life than the one you have now, you have to be able to envision it, feel it, ‘be in it’ in your mind’s eye, and think about it as though it were really happening. Eventually, it will. It’s going to take some practice, likely, but if you persist, you will succeed. Truly, your mind power is very powerful and an absolutely amazing instrument of creation.
Every one of us has this power, but most of us don’t think we have the capability to use it. In fact, it’s been shown that we humans only use about 10% of our mind power, but think about that for a minute. Isn’t that crazy? We usually find something that’s simple, and then stick with it.
We complain that our lives are hard and unfulfilling because we do not believe that anything good can happen to us. Because we think negatively we attract more of the same into our lives and create what we don’t want. What we think is what our life becomes.
What if we told you that everything you’ve accomplished up until now is because of your subconscious mind power? Would you believe us or will you think about all the bad luck situations or negative aspects that kept you from doing something?
Basically, if you want something in your life then all you need to do to get it is think it. If you expect nothing but bad things then that is what you will get.
If you want to increase your mind power then there are some things that you can do. Visualization is one of those things. Visualization is a powerful technique that allows you to exercise your mind power. It can help you to gain more power, too.
Now you can do these two ways. You can either visualize everything in your mind, or you can take advantage of pictures. In the beginning it may be harder to visualize things without constantly thinking about the negative things surrounding it.
We always recommend making or cutting a picture and placing them anywhere you go throughout the day. The more times you see, the more times you’ll start breaking into the real power behind your mind.
If this seems like a difficult task, give yourself a little help. Take out a piece of paper and write down your first goal. While you’re doing this start visualizing the situation in a positive manner. Again, you need to do visualize it throughout the day as much as possible so it will eventually become a reality. If you take the laid back approach it will end up taking longer to accomplish.
Affirmations are another excellent means of increasing your mind power. An affirmation is a positive statement you make about your life as you go through your day. They are statements that encourage you and they can be about anything as long as they are positive. Using an affirmation to increase the power of your mind to bring about weight loss will look something like this: It will feel so good to be 10 pounds thinner by the end of the month.
Keep saying these positive things, and eventually, you’ll see that these things just begin to happen. And it doesn’t matter whether or not you’re used to it at first, either. If you do something for 28 consecutive days, like any habit, it’s going to become natural to you.
There’s also another technique you can use to develop your mind’s power, called ‘entrainment.’ Entrainment is simply synchronization of brain waves using different frequencies through audio technology. Our brains are naturally attuned to doing several different things, one of which is to heal themselves. You can tap into this power even more by using this kind of advanced audio-based technology.
If you use brainwave entertainment, then it will open up that mind power. The only problem about this avenue is that it’s an advanced procedure and should only be done after you perfect those beginning stages.
Hypnosis is a powerful tool to help increase you’re the power of your mind. It works through relaxation and getting into the subconscious mind. Smoking cessation is a good example of how hypnosis works. During a hypnosis session, the smoker is told they do not want to smoke and they do not need to smoke and that they want to quit.
Eventually they start believing in themselves because someone else is telling them to start doing it. The difference in this case is that they can’t defend themselves when they’re hypnotized.
All you have to do is believe that you can do something and you will be able to do it. Everyone has mind power. It may not happen as quickly as you like, but you can begin to turn your life around bit by bit. You simply have to believe that what you put out into the universe in the form of positive energy will come back to you as positive energy.
You just have to start with your subconscious mind and harnessing that mind power.
