The real secrets behind the law of attraction.
Iâ€™d like to give you a few easy tricks and tips you can use right away to make the law of attraction work for you.
So the first trick is the following: the most important thing you can do to make the law of attraction work for you is to make sure that you feel good now. Iâ€™ll say that again: the most important thing you can do is to make sure that you feel good now.
Why is that? Because your feelings or your emotions are your gauge. They will tell you if you are aligned with the law of attraction or not. If youâ€™re feeling good, it means youâ€™re attracting good things in your life. If youâ€™re feeling miserable, it means youâ€™re attracting things that you donâ€™t want in your life.
Second tip: You attract in your life, what you think about most of the time. Now the problem with that is people focus on their thoughts and itâ€™s hard to actually think about what youâ€™re thinking. So the way to know if you are really attracting what you want in your life or not, is once again, to focus on your feelings.
Other tip: Use the sweet spot. The sweet spot is when you think about something youâ€™d like to have, you really feel good, and you believe you can have it. When you have these two things, you feel good when you think about it, and you believe youâ€™re going to get it, then you will attract this thing in your life. If youâ€™re thinking about something youâ€™d like to have but you feel bad or confused, it means you donâ€™t believe that you can have it.
Which leads us to the next tip which is the following: What to do when you donâ€™t believe you can attract the thing you want in your life. What you do is, you focus on a smaller, easier goal to get. So, for example, if you want to attract a million dollars and you feel bad when you think about because you have doubts, then begin by attracting $50 in your life. And once that is in your life, then you can increase the amount of money you want to attract in your life.
Other tip: One of the common mistakes that people make is to actually put the date or a timeline on the goal that they want to achieve. So for example, they want to lose 30 pounds. Itâ€™s a good goal. But then they MUST lose this weight in 30 days. If you want to really use the law of attraction, donâ€™t think about the time. Donâ€™t put the frame around it, donâ€™t put a limit.
Next tip: This is what we call the secret ratio and itâ€™s the following; 99.9 percent of your time has to be invested in the thinking or the feeling part of what it is that you want, and 1 percent, or.1 percent of your time on the how.
Let me say that again. Most of your time should be invested on how you feel and what you think about, and 1 percent on how youâ€™re actually going to get it. Forget about the how, just make sure that you think about what you want, you believe you can have it, and you really, really, really, feel good while thinking about it.
And the last thing I want to give you, the last tip, is what I call the super switch. When youâ€™re feeling bad, instead of trying to go from feeling completely miserable to perfect bliss which is too big of a jump, simply try to increase the way you feel a little bit.
Sometimes, simply increasing your good feelings by just 1 percent will create what I call the super switch. It is as if your whole energies flip, and then you are aligned with what you want in your life.
