How is your brain working? Are you not as "sharp" as you used to be? Did you know that after the age of 30 our brain starts shrinking? I don't know about you but I don't like the sound of that! Our brain is an amazing thing. In an adult, it weighs about 3 pounds and has 100 billion neurons which are how many stars there are in our galaxy. More electrical impulses are generated in one day by a single human brain than by all the telephones in the world.

It is estimated that there are 70,000 thoughts produced on an average day. When I was in my early 30's I was making a house call to a patient living in an assisted living center. As I was walking down the hallway, I looked in on the lunchroom where there were several tables of people eating. As I looked at the people in the lunchroom eating, and some of them were being fed, I was struck by how empty their eyes looked. They looked at me with no emotion, no life, it was like nobody was home.

It was scary to see those people lose their mental skills and it motivates me to help you protect your brain so that hopefully you are mentally sharp your whole life. Every day I see people struggling with their brains. I see people frustrated at work and worried about their jobs because they just couldn't get their brains to work. Coffee didn't help, sodas didn't help, and energy drinks didn't help. They have been short with their kids and spouse and I have seen people stop doing the things they like to do because they lost confidence in themselves. I just had a young man tell me that he has passed up going for promotions at work because his brain isn't working well enough. Our brains are amazing and they are delicate.

Our brains can be damaged by so many things we run into in everyday life. This video I have made here will show you what I use to help my patients and myself protect our brains. There was a time in my life where I was struggling with how my brain was working and what I am sharing with you here is one of the tools I used to help restore my brain. Why Healthy Living is Important? Hello, I am Dr. Steve of Dr. Steve's Healthy Living. This website and all that we will be offering you are for one thing. To get you feeling better and repair your health at the same time. In my 19 years of practice, I have noticed an alarming trend.

People are coming to me sicker and sicker with each passing year. We are having more health problems and more difficult health problems than we did just 10 years ago. And, these health problems are hitting us earlier in life than ever before. So many of the people I meet and talk to are struggling, they are struggling with their health and they are struggling for answers to why they are sick. We are tired of doctors not knowing why we are sick and all we want is to feel good and be healthy.

In my practice, I help people one on one with figuring out what is causing their health problems and what it will take to get them better. I care for you in a way that gets to the cause of your health problems and gets your body working better where it is failing. Let me show you something. I should tell you a little about myself. I have been in natural health care for 19 years. At what I learned early on is that every one of us is unique. We all have our health problems for a reason that is unique to us. I will have two people come in to see me with their main complaint being digestion and I will find that their digestive problems are occurring for different reasons.

This means that you have your health problems for a reason that is unique to you. You are not like anyone else and you need care that fits you. When doctors use the same approach for everyone then many times that care will fail us. It fails us because it lacks an individual and unique approach that finds what you need right now. Everything that I am going to be sharing with you is what I used to repair my health and are what I use every day to unlock my patient's health problems.
