Exercise. Working out on a consistent basis will also make you look and feel better. Exercising (whether it’s at a gym or in your home) will increase energy, relieve stress and leave you looking damn good. Who’s going to say no to that?

Once you have started eating well, it is time to go out and get some physical activity! Now, this does not mean that you have to incorporate a rigorous physical workout into your daily routine. Just including small amounts of physical activity in your life will make a difference.
Keep new fat at bay…if you have good eating habits then you can stop your body from producing excess fat. Fat is produced, in basic terms, when you take in more calories than you burn off. Your body needs to deal with the excess and guess what it does?

And most importantly, attempt to spend more time with loved ones, even if it’s just a few minutes a day.
