1. Decide What You Want to Have, Do, and Be
You must switch off the autopilot controlling your life, and deliberately reprogram your subconscious mind so you consciously create what you want to have, do and be. First, you need to decide exactly what you want, in all areas of your life, and then write these goals down, in as much detail as possible.
2. You Have to Create a New Belief System
Most people fail to achieve success in life because they have limiting beliefs and counter-intentions deep in their subconscious minds, sometimes rooted in their childhood. Fear of failure, and even fear of success, are two big ones that hold people back.
So you must reprogram your subconscious mind with a new internal belief system that supports what you want to achieve. Repeating affirmations throughout the day which focus on your positive strengths and abilities, will help convince your subconscious mind you do have what it takes. By doing this consistently, you will steadily change your internal belief system to one that does give you confidence and belief to take positive action towards the achievement of your goals.
Believe that what you want has already manifested in reality. This is powerful. If you believe you already have what you are wanting, at the very moment you ask for it, then you are well on the way to actually receiving it.
You must also feel gratitude that you already have it. The Law of Gratitude is a powerful natural law, like the Law of Gravity. By showing gratitude for what you have manifested in your mind, even if it’s not yet manifested in reality, you will receive more things to be grateful for.
Remember, the subconscious mind cannot distinguish between what’s real, and what is imagined. It believes and accepts what it is told, particularly when images and emotions have been used in the process. This is why proper visualization is such a powerful way to reprogram your mind.
3. Visualize With Precise Images and Powerful Emotions
It’s vital to spend time each day visualizing the manifestation of your goals and objectives in your life.
Believe you have already received what you are asking for, and feel the feelings you would feel when your desire has actually manifested in your life. This is a feeling universe, our emotions are so powerful.
If it’s a new car you want, then don’t just see a picture of the car in your mind. Imagine you are actually sitting in it and driving. If it’s a convertible, feel the wind in your hair as you drive along with the roof down. What does the soft leather you’re sitting on feel like? What colour is the bodywork? What does the music system sound like?
Breathe in the wonderful smell of your new car? Feel the cool, smooth, walnut paneling on the interior. See and feel your own hands on the steering wheel. Close your eyes and experience all the appropriate senses as you are driving along. It will all seem so real.
If you listen to inspirational music while you are visualizing what you want, then your emotions are intensified, making your imagined experiences seem more real, thus turbo boosting the programming of your subconscious mind.
4. Program Your Day in Advance
Another powerful strategy is to plan your day each morning by making a series of positive statements to yourself, either quietly or aloud, of how you want the day to go. You do this as soon as you wake up, and while you are getting ready for the day ahead. Statements like: “I’m going to have a great day today”; “Today, I deeply connect with everyone I meet”; “My meeting with my boss today is going to go well”; “I will complete all my high priority tasks today”.
Most people spend more time in the morning thinking about what they are going to wear than they do planning to have a wonderful day.
It’s a great habit to spend a few minutes first thing in the morning (for that day), and last thing at night (for the following day), programming your subconscious mind with positive statements of your expectations and intentions, because what you expect and intend, with total conviction and belief, you tend to create.
Your subconscious mind never sleeps, and it works constantly in the background attracting to you the people, circumstances, and events, you need to help you manifest the kind of day you have intended to have.
5. Use Mind Movies to Help Create the Life You Desire
You can also programme your mind in a way that focuses both your conscious and subconscious mind on the precise things you want to have, be, and do, in your life. This incorporates the powerful manifesting forces of visualizing what you want while feeling the exact emotions you will experience when you have manifested what you want.
This is achieved by watching mind movies you have created for yourself.
By watching a mind movie for just a few minutes, preferably twice daily, and, of course, taking the right actions, you can speed up the process of getting what you want.
A mind movie is a slide presentation made up of appropriate images showing what you want to have, be, and do, in the future. Each image has its own caption detailing the desired outcome, in the present tense as if it has already been achieved. To intensify the appropriate emotions you need to feel while watching your video, suitable music is playing in the background.
You play this mind movie on your computer whenever you want and as often as you want. Each time, you are visualizing with emotion, the successful manifestation in your life of all the things you want.
You should do this at least twice a day, first thing in the morning, and last thing at night. These mind movies do work, but only if you play your part, which involves watching them every day, for weeks and months on end. This is how you are going to reprogram your subconscious mind. This should be fun, and takes no effort! It’s a great way to start a new day, or to relax yourself before falling asleep!
6. Take Action!
Obviously you need to take action.
Gut feelings, instincts, sudden ideas, and inspiration, all stem from your intuition, which is how your subconscious mind communicates with you and guides you in the actions you need to take to manifest what you want. Take immediate action when guided in this way. If you don’t, and you ignore your subconscious mind’s guidance, then nothing is going to change in your life, certainly not for the better.
Creating Your Mind Movie
Your mind movies can focus on your personal, professional, and financial goals, and even on the kind of person you would like to be. You can create several mind movies for different areas of your life.
I have created four of these mind movies myself, and I watch them in the morning and before going to bed. This is fun, inspiring, and empowering for me.
You can create these mind movies yourself, if you know how to create a slide show using images and music. Have a go!
Personally, that would have taken me far too long because I don’t have the right know-how.
Fortunately, I found a quick and easy solution using a point and click, drag and drop, system that even a young child could use. With this program you can literally create your own special movie in just a few minutes…with just a few clicks! It should take you 15 to 20 minutes at most to create your own mind movie lasting a few minutes.
Your mind movie is then automatically processed into a format that you can download on to your computer, insert on your website, or upload to YouTube.
You can also have these mind movies playing constantly on your computer while you work, with minimal sound, or no sound, and adjusting the level of opaqueness (transparency), so that you can barely see the images and captions on your desktop while you are doing other things like browsing the internet, composing letters, or working on your websites, whatever.
When watching your mind movies in this way, you are benefiting from subliminal programming of your subconscious mind. Very powerful indeed.
The end result is a mind movie that combines the Law of Attraction, the power of visualization, and cutting edge technology, to provide you with a brilliant visualization tool that will turbo boost the manifestation of your personal goals.
