Time alone is also a great way to work out problems and challenges you might face. If you believe your life is not emotionally fulfilling, consider adopting a new hobby, take a class to learn something new, or engage in social activities so you can meet new friends.

It might not seem like a big deal when you are young, but hobbies are a great way to keep your life full and rewarding as you age. Take a class, read a book, or teach yourself a new skill.
