Have you ever been sitting in your couch wondering, that you have to do something with your life, or the pounds will just take over, and just don’t have any energy left when you get home from work, just collapsing into the couch and staying there rest of the day
There is an easy way to fix this:
1. Get up from your favorite chair
2. Set yourself a goal
3. Have faith in yourself
Start with small adjustments in your diet, firstly start with consuming less calories at each meal, this can be drink one glass of juice instead of two, if you are thirsty drink water, use one slice of cheese instead of two or three, I assume you’ve started to get the message.
You can also eat wholegrain products which are healthier, and reduce the amount of milk and/or sugar in your tea, coffee.
Instead of ordering take away, why not cook your dinner yourself? Its much quicker and so much healthier. There are so many websites that have healthy dinner suggestions, and I will give you some of my best advice as well.
Wholegrain breads contain less fat than white bread, but they are also high in fiber and complex carbohydrates, which will make you feel fuller longer and prevent overeating.
Fruits and vegetables are naturally low in fat. They add flavor and variety to your diet. As they also contain fiber, vitamins and minerals they are an important and vital component in your diet for a better life.
The healthiest ways to prepare beef, pork, veal, lam and Fish (fresh, frozen, canned in water), low-fat fish sticks or cakes and shellfish (such as shrimp) are
Baking, broiling and roasting.
Lean cuts can be pan-broiled or stir-fried. Use either a nonstick pan or nonstick spray coating instead of butter or margarine.
Choose skimmed milk or low-fat buttermilk. Substitute evaporated skimmed milk for cream in recipes for soups, sauces and coffee.
Furthermore do I recommend you to do exercise every day, even if its only walking or running 30-50 minutes on a normal or high intensity. Although on a high intensity you burn more calories over time.
The most efficient way is to switch between exercising on a flat surface and up a hill. To prevent injuries in your legs, and knees in particular, is it advisable to run or walk on a soft surface such as in a forest or in a field, but the park or the lawn will also work.
Other forms of exercise such as spinning and swimming are also very good and effective, it can be very nice to switch between the different ways of exercising throughout the week to avoid monotonous training.
